Warranty + Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All of the products (excluding batteries and film) sold through our online store come with a 10-day return guarantee from the delivery date. If within that timeframe you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee (10% for items over $2,000).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, and the initial shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it left our shop, otherwise a higher restocking fee may apply, or the return may be ineligible.
All of our equipment comes with a 90-day warranty against any defects from the date of sale. We work hard to fully check and test all of our items, but we're human, so on rare occasions something may get overlooked.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or defective, if, after receiving it back, and upon our inspection and conclusion that it was indeed a Pro Camera error, we will reimburse you for the cost of standard return shipping; you may then choose if you'd like a refund or a repair, and in the case of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived.
